Owner/Founder David L. Chapman- Was
born in Everett, Washington. He is a graduate of Shadle Park
High School and an attendee of Spokane Community College. Dave
has been involved in the collection and medical industry since
1968. Dave began work as collector for Coeur d’Alene Credit
Bureau, Inc. He has worked as an office manager and purchased
the Bureau in 1981. He then purchased Sandpoint Credit Bureau
followed by Aetna Adjustment Co., Inc. of Spokane Washington.
Dave recognized early on the need for an accounts management
company that could cater to non-delinquent account needs and so
he began Professional Account Management in 1985. He has held
positions in several charitable organizations over the years and
is driven towards developing a company that will provide
unmatched service in the industry.
Sr. Vice President and Operations Manager Gail
Smith- Gail Smith was a graduate of Burlington Edison
High School and went on to attend Northwest Medical Assistant
College. She worked for a collection agency for over 6 years as
a collection supervisor and then worked at the King-Wallen
Aldrich Clinic for several years in the medical billing
department. Gail began her longstanding career with Chapman
Financial Services in 1986 and managed offices in Sandpoint, and
Spokane until 1996 at which time she took on the role of Sr.
Vice-president and Operations Manager.
Tyler Benner – Manager- Born in
Missoula, Montana and established locally since 1984 Tyler has
been employed with our facilities for over four years and brings
an array of telecommunication and technological skills with him.
Tyler is experienced in the call center arena and he has been
working in the medical and billing fields for over 7 years. He
has worked as a 3rd party collector, a legal assistant and is
very familiar with the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices
Act). Tyler’s goals for Professional Account Management are
simple;

provide our clients with outstanding customer service.
2) To
maintain open lines of communication so that our client’s
accounts
are
worked the way they want them worked.
3) To
foster a positive image of the medical field in general and to
uphold the individual reputations of the clients we serve.
4) To
work with patients individual circumstances and to do all that
